Investigators new to the industry. We provide you training that will immediately allow you to be hired, through a practical, on-the-road course, one of the few in Canada. Almost NO investigations agencies will agree to train you, regardless of how badly they need investigators. Its just too costly and time consuming for them.
Experienced private investigators or law enforcement officers who require refresher courses, and who wish to improve their skills and remuneration.
This course can eventually lead to operating your own agency. Some agency owners earn hundreds of thousands of dollars per year, and eventually sell their agencies for hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars. But first you must be IN the industry, to benefit from it.
It is often said that Necessity is the Mother of Invention. Never has that been more true. As the hiring officer for (formerly) my Investigations Agency, Mitchell Partners Investigation Services, I was responsible for locating and hiring surveillance people. Good ones are hard to find, and accordingly agencies often need to train their own. But most refuse to do so. They simply do not have the time, funds, or patience, to train.
I eventually agreed to train two eager gentlemen who were desperate to enter the Investigations Industry, but no one would hire them without experience or training. I provided free training to them, on the condition that they then practice on their own. And so they did. They returned in 2 to 3 weeks time, having spent many hours practicing, and so impressed was I that I hired them both.
Since 2012 we have trained hundreds of new investigators through my course, Surveillance Techniques for the Successful Investigator and most were hired immediately upon completion of the course. The full course fee was rebated to the course graduate, in many cases.
We provide a practical course, upon the successful completion of which you can start work immediately. Upon successful testing you will be provided with a “ Certificate of Completion "attesting to your employability. Our course far surpasses simulator “practice sessions”, with our course providing for live following of vehicles, the drivers of which who do not know they are being followed. You gain experience in live traffic conditions of all kinds, highway, rural, quiet residential neighbourhood, busy downtown traffic and rush hour traffic congestion.
